No for core sticker creation and local pack use. iCloud is used for shared groups, collaboration, Explore publishing, and shared-content sync.

How do Pack purchases work?
AI generations use Pack credits purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Each custom AI sticker generation uses one available Pack credit.
Why does generation need a photo?
The photo is the reference for the sticker pack you request. A clear image with good lighting usually gives stronger results.
Can every pack be shared?
Sharing is for eligible user-generated packs. Sample packs and downloaded packs are not offered for Explore or group sharing.
